To order Online or by Mail/Fax:
| 1) | Enter the quantity for each title you would like to order. Then click the Check Out button. |
| 2) | Select the country of destination to calculate the shipping cost. If USA enter the zipcode then click the Continue button. |
| 3) | Click on the "Complete Order" button to fill in the Billing Information, Shipping Information (if different from the Billing Address) and Payment Information. |
| 4) | For Online Orders check the "Submit order electronically" ordering method. |
| 5) | For Mail/Fax Orders check the "Print Out Order Form" ordering method. |
| 6) | Click the "Submit" button to submit your order online or to print an order form. For online orders credit cards are automatically processed (real-time). |
